The Agency agrees to provide the Client with digital marketing services as detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or a formal proposal. These services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising Management

  • Website Design and Development

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Content Marketing

  • Data Analytics and Reporting

Any services not explicitly listed in the SOW are considered out of scope and may require a separate agreement and additional fees.

 Term and Termination

 

  • Term: The term of the agreement will be specified in the SOW. Many of our services operate on a monthly retainer basis.

  • Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with [e.g., 30] days written notice. The Client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination. The Agency may terminate the agreement immediately if the Client fails to make timely payments or breaches any material term of this agreement.
